The Grade Presenter module takes the data views, made in the Grade Vision module, and adds them to reports that you can design in a layout that you would like the data to appear and produce it as a Microsoft Word document to distribute to your Colleagues and Governors.
Gradeset annually supply a series of exam analysis templates for the exam results for the end of the academic year for years 11, 12 and 13. These templates are provided free of charge and give a comprehensive analysis of the years exam results for International Baccalaureate, British UK Curriculum, GCSE, IGCSE and the American Curriculum (we can transpose these into any countries curriculum.)
School Self Inspection reports
Build School Self Inspection reports using the Grade Presenter Module for UAE
Grade Presenter can be used to build School Self Assessment Reports for most countries, including the KHDA, Dubai, ADEK, Abu Dhabi, UAE and Ofsted in the UK.
A growing number of private schools in the UAE, have taken the opportunity to use the Grade Presenter module to produce instant reports of data within minutes for their inspections. The reports are in real time and can be produced many times as required, for example, at 1/2 term and term data collections. Usually the reports can take up to 3 months to produce but with our unique software, school leaders can extract the data from their MIS’ and view a current snapshot of the children’s data, saving weeks and months of work.
The new changes introduced in September 2019, for school inspections, by Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), have put pressure on schools to produce plans of how they are assessing and evaluating behaviour, attainment and progress of children with only 5 days notice of the inspection.
The Department or Education and Knowledge (ADEK), Abu Dhabi, also have the ability to inspect private schools at any time putting schools under immense pressure to be able to produce reports of student assessment and progress instantly.
The School Self Assessment Reports take the Student Data Views that are built in Grade Vision and imbeds them into the Grade Presenter Tool. The standard report is included in the Gradeset Toolkit, however, if the school should need further customisation of the report we can produce a bespoke design at an extra cost.
