Assessment, Progress, Attendance and Behaviour Data Views and reports

In the  Grade Vision Module you can build templates of data in real time from the school’s MIS.  This module is used to produce amazing data views of student data for assessment, progress, attendance and behaviour with the drag and drop environment which can be saved for use again and again saving so much time.

Grade Vision can produce data in a variety of ways including Bar Charts, Pie Charts, Scatter graphs and Venn Diagrams

A choice of data views

  • Detailed and flexible data view of students in real time by combining different data types including progress, attainment, attendance and behaviour.
  • Data views can be viewed in a number of different methods including Web Browser, MS Edexcel, MS Word, or Google Docs.

Colour Coded Data views

  • Easy to use Drag and drop environment allows you to build tailored colour coded data views from data that is imported from your MIS in realtime when you purchase Grade Connector.
  • The templates can be saved to be used again and again.

A choice of template files

  • Alternatively, you can build exciting data views using Grade Vision that are not in real time by importing data via a template file.

Yes, whether you would like to import Target, Current or historical data, the GradeSet Toolkit allows you to import as many collections as you would like.

You can store as many data collections as you would like.  You also have the opportunity to rename collections and assign to specific key stages.

Yes, by creating a report in  Grade Vision, you will be able to add all the data collections alongside each other to create in-depth analysis.

The GradeSet Toolkit has several calculations pre built in, whether this the APS, progress 8 or Value Added, the toolkit can analyse your data with a few simple clicks.  You can build analysis frameworks to show headline figures, year, group, subject, teacher and teaching class analysis.

You can add in as many academic years as you would like.

Using the statements, percentages and calculations columns, the toolkit can create a variety of difference calculations to assist with your own internal analsysis.

Using the publish feature, you can publish a variety of reports to other members of staff using our publish feature.  The reports can publish an exported folder with all the reports and also directly to the teachers account to view on the toolkit and web toolkit.

Yes, there are a number of ways this can be done, however, the most popular is a filter option, which can be applied in any report using the ‘Conditions’ feature and also another option called ‘Drill to Students’ if you would like to focus on a specific statistics.
