Onboarding and Training

Whether you are new to GradeSet, have a new member of staff or need a refresher, our product training will meet your needs.
You will be trained by our experienced Data Managers and former School Leaders.  They are experts in our products and understand fully the issues that Data Managers and Senior Leaders in Schools experience and are always there to help you.
We provide online training  and monthly product webinars and ‘How To’ webinars which can be booked online.


1-1 Onboarding for your Data Team– This will be online live onboarding, 1 to 1 with your Data Team if your school has purchased the full GradeSet Tool kit.This will be recorded and sent to you by email so that you can refer to it.

Group Onboarding for your Data Team – If you have purchased individual modules you will be able to join with other schools on a group live webinar which will be recorded and made available for you to use at any time.

On Site Onboarding for your Data Manager, SLT and School Faculty –  if you purchased GradeSet with an onboarding package, a member of our onboarding team will visit your school at a suitable time to train the relevant parties.  

Training and Q&A Sessions

Weekly training online with our Data Managers – Training by module takes place each week for all modules individually so if you have purchased only 1 module, then you can have training on just that module.

Weekly Q & A Sessions will take place each week that you can join and ask our Data Managers any ‘How To’ questions that you may have.
